摘要 针对某型航空发动机的性能测试需求,设计了基于CAN总线的上下位机实时测控系统,该系统综合应用了总线测试、虚拟仪器和实时操作系统等技术。针对CAN总线通信存在网络数据丢包问题,提出了基于缓冲器的数据包丢失补偿器的算法。经实践证明,该系统运行稳定可靠、实时性强、测控精度高,达到了预期的设计指标要求。 According to performance testing requirements of an aeroengine, a real-time measurement and control system of the host and lower computer is designed based on CAN. The system integrates many advanced tech- nologies, such as bus test, virtual instruments and real-time operating system. In view of the data loss problem of CAN communication network, a data packet loss compensation algorithm is proposed based on buffer. The application results show that the system is stable and reliable, real-time, and has high precision in measurement and control, and achieves the desired design requirements.
