摘要
研究双永磁直线电机(PMLM)同步控制系统,根据系统的阶跃响应分析电机扰动力动态特征,建立系统模型,设计对系统参数进行在线辨识的算法,将系统辨识结果前馈补偿到电机输入端,以减小扰动力对系统同步性能的影响。仿真结果表明,运用该方案能减小两个电机之间的同步误差,进而提高系统的鲁棒性。
The synchronous control system with double permanent magnet linear motors(PMLM) is studied. Firstly, the dynamic characteristic of ripple force in motors based on the system step response is analyzed. Then, the online identification algorithm of system parameters is proposed to minimize the influence of ripple force on the synchronization performance. The simulation results with feed-forward compensation of ripple forces show that the proposed scheme can reduce synchronization error between the two motors, and improve the robustness of the system.
