摘要
针对传统织机单台控制、实时性不高,纺织车间劳动力密集且工作环境差等问题,提出以织机控制终端、现场管理终端、远程管理终端、生产管理服务器组成的织机协同控制系统设计方案。系统采用CPLD+ARM9架构设计织机控制终端,具有实时性高,集成度高,易扩展,升级方便的特点,而且使织机控制终端具备网络通信功能;织机管理终端设计了人机界面,采用Socket编程,UDP和TCP协议相结合的设计方案,保证织造数据传输的准确性和实时性;生产管理服务器设计采用了线程池关键技术,满足了多用户协同操作要求。系统调试运行稳定,实现了纺织企业协同管理。
Considering the problems that single computer control and not high real time of the traditional loom, labor-intensive in textile workshop and poor working environment, an embedded loom control system is de- signed, including loom control terminal, scene management terminal, remote management terminal and produc- tion management server. The loom control terminal is designed by using CPLD + ARM9, which has characteris- tics of high real time, high integration, easy extension and easy upgrade and network communication function. The man-machine interface is designed in loom management terminal, which is programmed by Socket, a scheme combined the protocol of TCP and UDP is put forward to guarantee the accuracy and real-time of the weaving data transmission. To meet the requirement of multi-users cooperative operation, the thread pool key technology is adopted by production management server. The system is stable and achieves cooperative manage- ment on textile enterprises.
