摘要
针对电阻炉的温度控制具有非线性、大惯性、大滞后等缺点,基于温控炉温度数据在线采集,提出了一种模糊PID参数自整定算法进行炉温控制的方法。试验结果证明,相比于传统PID控制,该方法在超调量和稳态时间等主要技术指标都有明显的改善。
In view of temperature control of resistance furnace with nonlinear, high inertia, big lag and other shortcomings, a fuzzy PID parameters auto-tuning algorithm for temperature control is proposed based on the online collection of furnace temperature data. Compared to a conventional PID control, the test results show that the major technical indicators of overshoot and steady state time are improved significantly.
