摘要 木丝板生产线组成设备复杂且数量较多,通常需包括十多台具有独立功能的大型设备、近300个传感器和执行器件,其对控制精度要求高,对控制时序要求严。所设计的控制系统主要基于西门子SIMATIC S7 300系列可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),各分系统之间通过现场总线Profibus-DP通信,人机界面选用西门子OP177B;软件选用Step7和WinCC Flexible。该控制系统为基于总线技术的集散控制系统,能实时自动调整适应,属智能控制系统,可实现对生产线现场的远程实时监控。 Board production line usually contains a great deal of equipments, including more than ten large e- quipments of independent function and almost three hundreds sensors, the control system requests high control accuracy and strict cycle time. The control system is mainly designed based on Siemens SIMATIC S7 300 PLCs, and the subsystems communicate with each other through Profibus-DP. The man-machine interface choo- ses OPI77B. Siemens Step7 and WinCC Flexible are used as programming tools in this system. The system, which can automatically adjust to fit, is an intelligent control system based on Profibus-DP. In addition, it may realize long-distance real-time monitoring.
