摘要
在归纳现有文献对航材周转件库存研究的基础上,分析了影响航材周转件库存的相关因素,构建了因果关系图和系统动力学流图。在此基础上,建立了系统动力学模型,并用建模工具软件Vensim模拟。仿真结果表明:周转件维修水平、库存调节时间是影响库存系统的关键因素,发货延迟对库存系统影响较小。最后,提出了相应的优化航材周转件库存方案。
Based on summarization of existing literatures on the aviation repairable spares parts inventory sys- tem, the factors that affect repairable spares parts inventory system are analyzed. A cause-and-effect diagram and a system dynamics flow chart about inventory system are drawn. The system dynamics model is built based on the flow chart. The model is also realized by software Vensim. The result shows that maintenance level and inventory adjustment time are key factors that affect inventory system. Delivery delay has less effect on the in- ventory system. Some corresponding solutions to optimize aviation repairable spares parts supply inventory are put forward.
