制度、家庭策略与半工半耕型家庭生计策略的形成——兼论农民工家庭劳动力的再生产

Institutions,Household Strategies and Formation of Household Livelihood Strategies with Characteristics of Semi-working and Semi-farming——And Discussion on Labor Reproduction of Families of Migrant Workers

基于对农民工家庭的实证调查,从制度和家庭策略两个视角分析半工半耕型家庭生计策略的形成。研究发现在人口流动的背景下,农民家庭形成了以代际分工和性别分工为基础的半工半耕家庭生计策略。研究指出半工半耕既是农民工家庭的生计策略,同时也是农民工家庭的劳动力再生产策略。

Based on empirical investigation of families of migrant workers, we analyze the formation of household livelihood strategies with characteristics of semi-working and semi-farming from the per- spective of institutions and household strategies. Findings are as follows： in the context of population movements, farmers~ livelihood has two modes such as semi-working and semi-farming based on gender division of labor and semi-working and semi-farming based on intergeneration division of labor, we hold that semi-working and semi-farming is farmers＇ livelihood arrangement and is also their strategy of labor reproduction.
