Quality Assurance Inspection on Aquatic Organism Acute Toxicity Test for Chemicals

为了确保实验室的运行符合GLP要求,质量保证(QA)人员必须对开展的各项试验进行监督检查。本文结合贵州省分析测试研究院GLP实验室开展工作的具体案例,简略阐述了化学品水生生物急性毒性试验的QA检查,包括检查计划书、项目关键点、原始记录和报告4个阶段。

It is the duty of quality assurance （QA） person to monitor and inspect the different studies in order to assure the GLP regulations are followed in GLP laboratory. Combining the working practices in Guizhou Academy of Analysis and Testing, this paper deseribes briefly how QA inspections are performed in the four points, i.e. study plan, critical experiment steps, raw data record and final report. The examples used are aquatic organism acute toxicity tests for chemicals.
