基于GLP准则的蚯蚓生态毒理试验UML建模研究

摘要 对于运行GLP(Good Laboratory Practice良好实验室规范)管理体系的实验室来说,对蚯蚓生态毒理试验有着严格的实验过程管理。本文通过UML建模语言,创建蚯蚓试验的用例模型,并使用静态模型创建系统内容,然后通过动态模型对系统的内容进行补充和说明,最后通过部署模型完成系统的部署工作,从而提供了一套针对蚯蚓生态毒理试验过程管理的模型。 For the laboratory under the GLP management system, earthworm ecotoxicological test has a strict process management. UML was applied to the requirement analysis of earthworm ecotoxicological test, general de- sign and detailed design. Different views were built up to explore the static and dynamic models. The function re- quirement and function flow, instructions and relations of classes, alternation and communication between objects were described as well. This paper provides a basic analysis and design ideas for the test.
