摘要
职业生涯规划理论起源于西方,浙江海洋学院针对学生的特点,结合浙江省海洋经济发展的特色,探索了舟山地区涉海类职业生涯规划课程本土化的教学方式、教学目标和教学效果评估方法,使职业生涯课程更符合涉海类大学生的实际情况,达到大学生职业生涯规划的真正目的,即规划自己的人生发展,并在大学期间建立科学的择业意识、做好择业求职的心理准备。
Career education theory originated in the west. Zhejiang Ocean University, combining the development of marine economy in Zhejiang Province with the characteristics of the marine-related undergraduates, explored the localized teaching methods, teaching contents and teaching effect evaluation methods for the course "career education" to marine-related students. Therefore the course would be more pertinence for the marine-related students, and accomplish the goal of career planning, i.e. help the students to plan their own life development, establish scientific job-hunting consciousness, and make mental preparation for employment.
