摘要
本文介绍了用新显色剂二溴羧基偶氮胂光度法测定锶的方法。在pH2~4范围内,试剂与锶形成蓝色配合物,最大吸收波长为622nm,摩尔吸光系数为3.8×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。锶量在0~30μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法应用于铝合金中锶的测定,获得满意的结果。
A Spectrophotomctric method for the determination of strontium with a new chromogenic reagent dibromocarboxy-arsenazo is described. In the pH 2~4 range, Sr reacts with the reagent to form a blue complex, having an absorption maximum at 622nm with a molar absorptivity of 3.8×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed for 0~30μg of Sr in 25mL. The method was applied to the determination of strontium in aluminium alloys with satisfactory results.
