基于农户需求的新农村建设网信息服务研究

On IT Service of New Rural Construction Net Based on Farmers' Requirements

由于农民自身条件的限制,通过简单快捷的方式获取有效的信息是满足农民对于网络信息需求的关键。新农村建设网是农村信息化体系中的重要条件平台,是政府提升农村信息服务的重要载体。依托江西省新农村建设网平台,基于农民的信息需求,设计若干个网络在线问卷调查。通过获取农民对农业信息方面的需求,分析农民在网络信息需求方面存在的主要问题,为完善江西省新农村建设网的服务栏目,提升新农村建设网的网络服务水平和能力提出对策建议。

With the improvement of the Inter-net infrastructure in rural areas, farmers clepenct more ano more on the Internet to get access to the information. However, farmers have their own limits, so the key is to help them to get effective information so as to meet their requirements. The New Rural Construction Net plays an important role in the rural informatization, and helps the government improve its rural information service. Based on the requirements of farmers, the paper designed the questionaire with more than one hundred questions by online publishing. The answers were collected, and current problems about information requirements of farmers were analyzed. At last, some countermeasure and suggestions were put forward in order to improve the function and service of the New Rural Construction Net.
