关于空心包体应力计的改进设计

摘要 空心包体应力计是基于套孔应力解除法测量地应力的仪器,传统的KX-81型空心包体应力计在测量精度、制作工艺等方面存在一些不足。针对传统空心包体应力计的不足,对外壳材料、制作工艺等方面提出一些改进设计,并在结构中加入由单片机控制的温度传感器,来实现对电阻应变片的温度补偿。实验对比分析表明,改进型空心包体应力计测量精度更高,提高了地应力测量的准确性。 The hollow inclusion stress gauge is an geostress survey instrument based on hole stress release method,the traditional KX - 81 hollow inclusion stress gauge has some deficiencies, in measuring accuracy and manufacturing process. Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional hollow inclusion stress gauge,some improvement design were put forward in the shell material and manufacturing process,tem- perature sensor controlled by single chip microcomputer was also added in the structure to realize the temperature compensation of resist- ance strain gauge. Comparison and analysis show that, the improved hollow inclusion stress gauge has higher accuracy, and increased the accuracy of geostress survey.
