摘要
本文着重研究了样品的前处理,以及用硝酸镍作为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了珍稀植物金花茶、人参和胶股兰中的痕量锗。特征灵敏度2Pg/1%吸收,方法的相对标准偏差小于4.0%。回收率在97.8~99.1%之间。
In this paper, the pretreatment of the samples and the use of Ni(NO_3)_2as matrix modifier were studied in detail while the germanium level in rare golden scented tea, ginseng and jiaogulan were determined, by graphite furnaceatomic absorption spectrometry. The sensitivity of this method was 2 pg/ 1% absorption. The RSD was less than 4.0% and the recovery was from 97.8% to 99.1.
