摘要
电化学气体传感器的输出为微安级的微电流信号,传统放大电路采用反馈电阻直接放大,对微弱信号的放大会由于运放的实际特性存在着一定误差。论文在分析了传统放大电路对微弱信号影响的基础上提出了利用T型电阻网络消除温度漂移的三电极二氧化硫变送器,可用于石油化工、城市煤气、环保等领域作业场所的有毒气体泄漏及气体浓度超标的监测中。
Electrochemical gas sensor output is signal of a microampere level micro electric current , traditional amplifying circuit is direct amplification by the feedback resistance .The amplification of weak signal will cause the uncertainty due to actual operational characteristics .The paper proposes a kind of three -electrode sulfur dioxide transmitter based on eliminating of the temperature drift by T resistance network .The three-electrode sulfur dioxide transmitter can be used in the petrochemical industry , city gas, environmental protection and oth-er fields in the workplaces where toxic gas leakage and gas concentration monitoring .
