摘要
某线路新建设U75V钢轨约2个月后探伤发现有轨腰裂纹,通过对裂纹形态、断口的宏观形貌、金相组织、化学成分、力学性能等进行检验分析,结合现场调查,得出U75V钢轨轨腰裂纹起源于轨腰表面马氏体,与钢轨的矫直工艺相关。
The inspection found the rail waist crack in a new line which is used U75V steel rail only two months. Through the test and analysis of crack morphology , fracture macro morphology, microstructure, chemical composition, and mechanical property , we can indicate the crack at U75V steel rail waist originating from the waist surface martensite and also connecting with the straightening process of steel rail with the case of field survey.
