摘要
国家标准方法测定铁矿石中全铁采用酸溶和碱熔分解试样,利用氧化还原的原理测定含量。由于Cl-诱导效应的存在,过高的盐酸浓度会影响最后滴定的终点。通过优化改进实验方法,寻找到了最佳的试验条件。同时,通过对空白公式进行优化,可以更加准确地测定出铁矿石中全铁的含量。
The national standard methods use acid - leaching technique or alkali fusion to decompose the sample, and determine the content of iron in iron ore with the principle of oxidation reduction. As a result of the existence of induced effect of Cl^ -, high concentration of hydrochloric acid will influence the end point of titration. After a lot of explorations of improving the experimental method, we found the best condition of test. For optimizing the blank formula, it becomes more easily to determine the content of the total iron in iron ore accurately.
