一种发动机滤清器的焊接变形与工艺控制研究

摘要 一种发动机滤清器几何尺寸较大,在焊接过程中会产生较大的焊接变形,但设计要求焊后的平面度、端面平行度不大于2.5mm,很难满足要求。通过分析该产品的结构特点和变形影响因素,采取了设计焊接结构,优化焊接顺序和利用组合夹具等措施,有效控制了焊接变形并满足使用要求。 The engine motor filter with large geometric size will deform severely in welding process. However, according to the design requirements, the depth of flatness as well as parallelism of end face should not be less than 2.Smm.Through analyzing the structural characteristics and influencing factors on deformation, some measures such as designing the welding structure, optimizing the welding sequences as well as using welding combination fixture are adopted to control welding deformation properly and meet the operating requirements.
