摘要
利用扫描电镜对电解铝液直接铸轧生产的铝板带坯表面的黑条、色差等缺陷进行了分析。结果表明,黑条部位主要含有碳、氧、氟、钠、铝、铜等杂质元素,色差部位主要含有碳、氧、铝、钛等杂质元素,黑条和色差缺陷产生的主要原因是铝液熔炼和铸轧时混入的熔剂物质及夹渣未能有效去除。
Flaws such as black stripes and color aberration can seriously effect surface quality of aluminum plate and strip. Black stripes and color aberration of aluminum plate and strip surface were analyzed by aid of scanning electron microscope, which were cast and rolled directly by electrolytic liquid. The results show that the parts of black stripes contain mainly impurity elements, such as carbon, oxygen, fluorine, sodium, aluminum, copper. The parts of color aberration contain mainly impurity elements, such as carbon, oxygen, alnminum, titanium, etc. The main cause of the flaws is that melting agent and conclusions could not be removed effectively.
