摘要
以寒富苹果为试材.研究不同采收成熟度及1-MCP处理对20℃货架和0℃冷藏期间寒富苹果生理与品质的影响。结果表明,在辽西地区贮藏的寒富苹果适宜采收期在10月10~20日,成熟度指标参考值如下:果实生长发育期为165~170d,果实硬度〉6.07kg/cm^2,可溶性固形物含量(SSC)>12.4%,可滴定酸(TA)含量〉0.41%;1-MCP处理可以明显延缓寒富苹果的衰老进程,建议使用浓度为1.0μL/L。
In this study, the effects of harvest time and 1-MCP treatment on physiology and quality of Hanfu apple were studied during shelf life at 20 ℃ and cold storage at 0 ℃. The results showed that, in the western part of Liaoning province, the optimum harvest date was 10-20th Oct., and the maturity status was judged mainly by the following standards: the whole grown period lasts for 165-170 days, fruit firmness 〉 6.07 kg/cm2,SSC〉12.4%, TA content〉 0.41%. Besides, 1-MCP could obviously delay fruit senescent, and the 1.0 μL/L was the ootimum concentration.
