摘要
通过对国内外相关研究的概述,梳理了自我同一性的概念、影响因素及其对个人发展的重要意义,同时对有关沙盘游戏促进大学生自我整合水平的可能性和可行性研究进行了阐述,认为沙盘游戏是一种表达性心理辅导方式,它具有绕开防御,促进无意识沟通,疏通内在能量等独特优势,个体沙盘通过无意识表达,可以缓解个体焦虑抑郁等负性情绪,促进个体自我和谐性;团体沙盘则通过象征游戏与成员间互动来缓解来访者人际交往方面困扰,两者都从不同层面促进了来访者的自我同一性发展,提升个案心理整合水平。因此,沙盘游戏对促进大学生自我整合具有一定可能性和可行性。
This study reviewed the relevant researches on the concept of ego-identity, factors and effects on personal development. It also expounded the possibility and feasibility to enhance college students' self-integration by sand-play therapy, since it viewed the sandplay therapy as an expressive approach toward mental counseling to consolidate unconscious communication and inner relief. Individual plyers can alleviate negative sentiments like anxiety and depression through unconscious interactions to improve self-harmony while group players can dissolve shocks in interpersonal relationships by means of symbolic plays and interactions. Both players uplift self-identity and psychological integration in the gameplaying. This paper thus assumed that it is significantly possible and feasible that sandplay therapy would upgrade college students' self-integration.
