摘要
采用访谈法探讨了教师积极教学风格的特征、教师教学风格形成的影响因素,并探索教师积极教学风格的培养方式。结果发现:(1)教师积极的教学风格在情感维度上是幽默风趣且关爱学生;在认知维度上是目标明确、条理清晰且严谨认真。(2)教师教学风格形成的主要影响因素包括内部因素(教师的个性、能力、教学信念以及教龄等)和外部因素(教学内容、学生、学校领导以及大的社会环境)两方面。(3)典型示范、自我反思、专家指导以及他人反馈等培养方式能促使教师教学风格的改善与提高。
The paper interviewed teachers to investigate characteristics of the proactive teaching style, and factors in training teachers' instructional style. The results showed that: (1) the positive teaching styles in affective dimensions are typical of humors, interest and care while in cognitive dimensions being of specific objectives and well-organized attitude; (2) internal factors like personality, capability, belief and teaching years and external factors such as content, students, leadership and social environment played an important role in forming teachers' style; and (3) typical demonstrations, self-reflection, expert guidance and colleagues' feedback help advance instructors' teaching styles.
