论人口老龄化背景下的城乡社区教育发展——兼谈农村社区教育发展的保障机制

On the Development of Urban and Rural Community Education in the Context of Aging Population

从"老有所学"、"老有所为"的视角,探讨了大力发展城乡社区教育有利于将"老龄化社会"危机转化为促进经济社会可持续发展的资源。鉴于当前农村社区教育发展现状,分析认为,将农村社区教育纳入基本公共服务范畴,有利于农村社区教育全面、均衡发展。

The paper discusses developing urban and rural community education rigorously that will help dissplve the crisis of the aging society into the advantage to promote the sustainable development of economy and society from the angle of ＂seniors＇ continuing learning and social service＂. It suggests that the rural community education be covered in government construction of public facilities and service programs to advance the its balanced development in rural areas.
