高校体育教师负性心理跃迁的影响因素与对策 被引量:1

摘要 探究高校体育教师负性心理跃迁的影响因素,以改善目前高校体育教师的不良心理行为。采取匿名性问卷调查的方式,随机抽取福建省10所高校的在校体育教师进行调查。结果显示,在被调查的193位高校体育教师中,存在负性心理跃迁的有131位(占67.9%),不存在负性心理跃迁的有62位(占32.1%)。结果表明,目前高校体育教师普遍存在负性心理跃迁。针对研究结果,提出若干建议对策。 The influence factors of college PE teachers' negative psychological transition was investigated. The countermeasures of improving the current college sports teachers' adverse psychological behavior were proposed in this paper. To promise the reliability of the data, PE teachers from ten different colleges in Fujian province were drawn randomly via the pattern of anonymous questionnaire. The survey showed that, among the 193 college sports teachers, 131 teachers had negative psychological transition and others did not have such transition. As negative psychological transition widely existed among college PE teachers, some suggestions were put forward.
