摘要
本文采用文献综述法阐述了亚健康、有氧运动及有氧运动对亚健康的作用。得出有氧运动是使人体从亚健康状态向健康转化的最佳和最有效的运动方式。同时就有氧运动给身体机能带来的影响进行阐述,使广大读者更清楚地认识到有氧运动的锻炼价值,以期更多人参与有氧运动,以达到健康的目的。
This paper adopts literature review method, expounds the sub-health, aerobics, and the function of aerobic exercise on sub-health. The aerobic exercise is the best and most effective forms of exercise to transform the inferior health to the healthy human body. And the effects of aerobic exercise to the body make readers clearly understand the exercise value of aerobics, so that more people participate in aerobic exercise, in order to achieve the health.
