摘要
文章介绍了基于任务引导的船舶推进系统安装项目培训方案。通过对船舶企业推进装置安装岗位工作任务的分析．将船舶推进系统安装项目分解成船舶推进系统理论中心线确定训练、尾轴管定位训练、主机定位训练、轴系安装训练、垫块磨制训练等若干个训练任务，并提出训练的基本要求。
This paper introduces the ship＇s propulsion system installation project training plan based on task- guide. By analyzing propulsion installation position in the shipping companies, the propulsion system installation project is decomposed into several parts, such as the center line positioning training, stern tube positioning training, main engine positioning training, shafting installation training and block grinding training. And the basic requirements of training are put forward.
