地特胰岛素与甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效 被引量：5

摘要 在口服降糖药基础上增加基础胰岛素是2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者起始胰岛素治疗的一种有效选择。以往使用的长效胰岛素和中效胰岛素，作用持续时间不够长、夜间低血糖发生率高、引起体重增加多。长效胰岛素类似物在一定程度改善以上情况。本文比较加用地特胰岛素或甘精胰岛素治疗的有效性和安全性。
