摘要
本文采用传统的高温固相法在还原气氛下合成白光发光二极管用Sr3SiO5∶Eu2+荧光粉,利用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和荧光光谱(PL)进行表征,研究不同助熔剂对所合成荧光粉发光性能的影响,并将荧光粉与蓝光GaN芯片封转成荧光转化的LED,研究荧光粉在发光二极管中的应用效果。实验结果表明,采用NaF和BaF2作助熔剂与加入H3BO3所合成的Sr3SiO5∶Eu2+相比,有助于荧光粉结晶,使其具有更加优异的发光性能;封装后的白光发光二极管的特性也进一步表明,适量氟化物助溶剂的使用,可以优化白光发光二极管用黄色荧光粉的发光性能。
In this paper, a series of Sr3SiO5 : Eu2+ phosphors for white light-emitting diodes were synthesized by the high-temperature solid-state reaction under a reduction atmosphere. The influence of different fluxes on the properties of Sr3SiO5: Eu2+ phosphor was investigated by X-ray powder diffraction, the photoluminescence emission and excitation spectra. White light-emitting diodes were fabricated and investigated in details. The results showed that NaF and BaF2 were good fluxes, which can help the phosphors to crystallize and enhance the intensity of photolumineseence of Sr3SiO5 : Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphors remarkably. Furthermore, the performance of white light-emitting diodes fabricated with these Sr3SiO5: Eu2+ , Dy3+ phosphors confirm that NaF and BaF2 are good fluxes.
