摘要 本文研究了流动注射-等离子体-原子发射光谱法中的标准加入法,以及在混合稀土分析中的应用。本方法以试样溶液作载流,以一定体积的标准系列溶液注入至载流中,经分散后引入ICP。在最佳条件下摄谱,以强度差值与标准浓度作图,得到曲线与浓度轴的交点,即为待测物浓度值。研究结果表明,本方法具有操作简便,可消除基体干扰,准确度高和适应性宽的特点,并用于混合稀土分析。 A flow injection standard addition method applied to ICP--AES is described for the analysis of mixed rare earth samples. The sample solution was pumped continuously to the nebulizer instead of the deionized water carrier sloution, and a series of aqueous calibration solutions were injected into the carrier stream. The signals from each calibration solution were measured and the calibrations were made with aqueous standards added into the system. It is shown that the method mentioned has its special features in simplicity, rapidity, economy and versatility and can meet the requirments of the analysis of mixed rare earth samples.
