摘要
根据等吸收双波长法原理及标准加入法特点,提出了一种双波长标准加入分光光度法,所设计的新方法可消除共存物干扰,直接对分析物进行测定,既改善了选择性又不致降低灵敏度,弥补了双波长法的某些不足,扩展了标准加入法的功能。用于复方药物如麻可滴鼻液中氢化可的松含量测定,结果良好。
A new selective and sensitive spectrophotometric, dualwavelength-standard additions method has been proposed for individual determination of the interested analyte in compound pharmaceuticas preparations. As an example, selective determination of hydrocortisone was made in the presence of ephedrine in their compound nasal drops with recoveries of 99.68±0.49%. A procedure is recommended for simultaneous determination of hydrocortisone and ephedrine in compound preparation.
