Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Welded Joints of Cu-Cr-Zr Alloy obtained by Friction Stir Welding

摘要 采用搅拌摩擦焊接(FSW)方法对厚度为20 mm的高强高导Cu-Cr-Zr合金板进行了对接焊试验,并对焊接接头的微观组织、力学性能及硬度进行了分析。结果表明,用FSW方法焊接20 mm厚的Cu-Cr-Zr合金板,可得到成形美观、内部无缺陷的平板对接接头。在旋转速度1500 r/min、焊接速度50 mm/min下,焊接接头的抗拉强度为261 MPa,焊缝各处硬度平均值可达90 HV。焊后,Cr、Zr原子固溶到Cu基体金属晶格中,形成过饱和固溶体,致使焊缝的力学性能有所下降。 High strength,high conductivity Cu-Cr-Zr alloy plate with 20 mm thickness are done with friction stir welding process.The results show that the microstructure,mechanical properties and hardness of the weld joint were analyzed.The joint with good appearance,detect-free in the inner and small deformation can be obtained.When the rotating speed is 1500 r/min,welding speed is 50 mm/min,the tensile strength of the welded joint is 261 MPa.The average hardness of the welded joint is equal to 90 HV.Compared with the base material,the hardness decreases significantly.
