摘要
以水冷式中置凸轮轴灰铸铁材质四缸柴油发动机气缸盖的铸件成形工艺为研究对象,进行了整体式覆膜砂铸型与消失模造型复合工艺的研究与生产应用。采用覆膜砂热芯盒工艺分别制做气缸盖的进气道内腔、排气道内腔、冷却水套内腔、喷油器内腔、外形上模轮廓、外形下模轮廓和浇注系统实体砂块,工艺处理后,进行组装获得整体式覆膜砂气缸盖铸型。按照消失模造型工艺,造型材料选用单一石灰石砂或单一硅砂,将该整体式覆膜砂铸型作为泡沫模型簇放入单体砂箱内进行填砂振实,在负压条件下浇注成形。
The casting forming process of water-cooled middle-positioned camshaft gray iron four-cylinder diesel engine cylinder head was studied.The precoated sand block mold and lost foam molding were researched and was put into production applications.The inlet pipe cavity,exhaust pipe cavity,cooling water cavity,fuel injectors cavity,the upper & lower half contour and the gating system entities sand block of cylinder head solid are made of precoatedsand respectively.After proper processed,precoatedsand block mold can be obtained which call the first molding.The selection of single limestone sand or single silicon sand is in accordance with the process of lost foam molding,precoatedsand block mold was taken as a foam cluster into the monomer flask and is full filled with limestone sand or a single silicon sand layer by layer & compaction,the cylinder head casting was poured with liquid iron metal under vacuum condition.
