摘要
利用有限元软件LS/DYNA研究了高速冲击条件下DP590钢的成形极限,并绘制了成形极限图。在成形极限图中,平面应变状态下极限应变值为0.275;单向拉伸状态下,极限应变随着板材中心宽度的减小而增加;双向拉伸状态下,板材极限应变趋于常数。通过对比,发现有限元分析得到的成形极限曲线与现有实验结果具有较好的一致性。这能为模拟研究高速冲击成形性能奠定基础。
The forming limit of DP590 steel under the high speed impact condition was researched by using finite element software LS/DYNA. And the forming limit diagram was drawn. In forming limit diagram, the ultimate strain under plane strain state is 0.275; in uniaxial tensile state, the ultimate strain increases with the decrease of the center width of the specimen; in biaxial tensile state, the ultimate strain of the specimen tends to be constant. After comparison, it is found that the forming limit curve of finite element analysis is in good agreement with the existing experimental results. This can lay the foundation for the simulation researching formability under high speed impact condition.
