摘要
为了研究分体式法兰的尺寸对温挤压成形工艺的影响,3种体积相同而直径不同的坯料用于Deform-3D模拟。结果表明,毛坯直径直接影响毛坯受压区域的大小,从而影响毛坯应力分布、挤压过程中变形分布及均匀性以及挤压过程加载力的大小。在初始挤压过程中,毛坯端面与模具完全接触以确保变形更均匀,挤压成形力更小,这可为温挤压毛坯的设计提供依据。
In order to study the effect of the dimensions of the billet on the warm extrusion forming process for split flange,three kinds of billets with the same volume but different diameter size were used for Deform-3D simulation.The results show that billet diameter directly affects compression area,thereby affecting the stress distribution,the deformation distribution and uniformity of the billet and the size of loading force in the extrusion process.In the initial extrusion process,the billet end contacts with the die completely,to ensure the more uniform deformation and the smaller extrusion force,which can provide the basis for the design of billet for warm extrusion.
