摘要
针对十字轴四周枝杈部位易出现弯曲现象的问题,提出了闭式模锻加挤压复合成形技术的方法,并通过计算机模拟技术对该复合成形工艺进行了模拟。仿真结果表明:采用模锻加挤压复合工艺成形的锻件充填饱满,表面质量良好,验证了该方案的可行性和优越性。与传统十字轴工艺相比,该复合成形工艺不仅提高了材料利用率,而且使锻件精度、质量、性能都有所提高,具有相当大的实用价值和经济价值。
Aiming at the problem of bending phenomenon in the twigs of universal joint pin,the closed die forgingextrusion composite forming technology was proposed.And the compound forming technology was simulated by using the computer simulation technology.The results show that the forgings formed by the compound forming technology are full,and the surface quality is good,which verifies the feasibility and advantages of the program.Compared with the traditional forming process,this compound forming process does not only improve the utilization rate of materials,but improves the forging's accuracy,quality and performance as well,which has considerable practical and economic value.
