Study on Forming Process of Aluminum Alloy Bolstering Shell

摘要 借助于数值模拟技术研究了支撑壳体成形过程,分析了成形过程中金属流动应力分布和速度矢量分布特点。结果表明:成形过程中金属流动合理,未产生成形缺陷,说明成形工艺合理可行。 The forming process of bolstering shell was studied by numerical simulation method. The distribution characteristics of the flow stress and velocity vector were analyzed in forming process. The results show that the metal flow is reasonable without any defects in forming process. It illustrates that the forming process is reasonable and feasible.
