搅拌摩擦焊接AZ31镁合金工艺改进与性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用两种不同的搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)工艺获得AZ31镁合金FSW焊缝,并对焊缝试样进行拉伸试验、冲击试验、酸雨全浸腐蚀和中性盐雾腐蚀试验。结果表明,含有纳米添加剂A的新型FSW工艺,有利于提高AZ31镁合金FSW焊缝的力学性能和耐蚀性能;与现用工艺相比,采用新型工艺的AZ31镁合金FSW焊缝的剪切断面率增加了9%,抗拉强度增加了91.5 MPa,240 h酸雨全浸腐蚀后的质量损失率降低了9.98%,96 h中性盐雾腐蚀后的质量损失率减少了3.11%。 Two different friction stir welding processes were used to obtain the welded joints of AZ31 alloy friction stir weld seam, and then the tensile test, impact test, acid rain total immersion corrosion and neutral salt spray corrosion test of weld specimens were carried out. The results show that the new friction stir welding process containing nano additive A can improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of weld seam of fi'iction stir welding magnesium alloy AZ31. Compared with the current process, the weld shear fracture rate is increased by 9% using the new process, the tensile strength is increased by 91.5MPa, under the condition of 240h acid rain total immersion corrosion, the mass loss rate drops by 9.98%, and after 96h of neutral salt spray corrosion,the mass loss rate is dropped by 3.11%.
