摘要
目的应用SPSS 21.0软件进行鼠疫菌半数致死量(LD50)的计算。方法将鼠疫菌测毒数据输入SPSS 21.0软件进行分析计算。结果用SPSS 21.0进行秩和检验得出SPSS 21.0计算鼠疫菌LD50与改良寇氏法计算鼠疫菌LD50结果差异无统计学意义,用SPSS 21.0计算鼠疫菌LD50的方法,可同时计算出LD50的95%置信区间(CI)和接种菌量的95%置信区间(CI)。结论 SPSS 21.0软件可用于鼠疫菌半数致死量(LD50)的计算,该方法具有简单、快速、直观和方便的特点。
In this study, we calculated median lethal dose (LD50) for Yersinia pestis by SPSS 21.0 package. The LD50 of Yersinia pestis strains' virulence data were calculated by the procedures of SPSS 21.0 package. Result of Yersinia pestis strains' LD50 calculated by rank test through SPSS 21.0 was not significantly different with the results calculated by improved Karber's method. And the 95% CI of LDsoand the 95% CI of inoculation amount could be obtained at the same time by that package. In conclusion, the median lethal dose (LD50) of Yersinia pestis strains' virulence data could be calculated by SPSS 21.0 package in a simple, fast, intuitional, and convenient way.
