外侧入路双LCP治疗肱骨中下段骨折的疗效分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的旨在探索长段肱骨干中下段粉碎性骨折方便安全的入路,稳定有效的内固定方式。方法对肱骨中下段骨折采用后方入路或外侧入路,单动力加压钢板(DCP)固定24例(单钢板组);外侧入路双锁定加压钢板(LCP)固定18例(双钢板组)。分析2组的桡神经损伤例数,内固定失效例数及功能恢复有无差异。结果 2组发生桡神经损伤的概率无明显差异;术后肘关节功能优良率单钢板组为70.8%,双钢板组为94.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良外侧入路的双LCP固定治疗长跨度的肱骨干中下段粉碎性骨折具有传统方法不具备的优越性。
