摘要
随着交通运输业的发展,高能量损伤中骶髂关节复合体损伤年发生率较高。骶髂关节复合体由骶骨、双侧髂骨及周围软组织组成,是躯干与下肢负荷传递的枢纽,其部位较深,周围解剖结构复杂,对内固定装置的稳定性及安全性有较高要求。骶髂关节螺钉的选择及置入方向直接影响患者手术疗效,本文就骶髂关节螺钉的影像诊断、钉道选择及生物力学研究选择做出综述。
Sacroiliac complex injury is becoming more and more common with the development of transpor- tation. Sacroiliac complex is composed by the sacrum, bilateral iliacs and soft tissue ,which is a key position for the load- transferring of trunk and lower limbs. Considering its complicated anatomical features, its fixation requires high stability and safety. The selection and placement of sacroiliac screws will directly affect patients' postoperative curative effect. The review focuses on the imaging diagnosis of sacroiliac screws, screw channel selection and biome- chanical research
