摘要
本文采用HPLC法,分析了成都市自来水及“三河”中的邻苯二甲酸二乙酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。研究了用正己烷萃取待测物及HPLC测定的最佳条件。其回收率分别为88.0%,80.0%;变异系数分别为8.5%,5.2%;检出限分别为5×10^(-8)g/L及1×10^(-7)g/L。
In this paper, diethyl and dibutyl phthalates in drinking water and in major river water of Chengdu have been determined by HPLC. The operation conditions are optimized for extracting diethyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate by hexane and determining them by HPLC. The recoveries for diethyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate are 88.0% and 80.0% and the relative standard deviations 8.5% and 5.2% respectively. The detection limits are 5×10^(-8)g/L and 1×10^(-7)g/L respectively.
