中原经济区建设中的都市农业科学发展路径研究——以郑州都市农业为例

Research on Urban Agriculture Scientific Development Path of the Construction of Central Economic Region——Taking Zhengzhou Urban Agriculture as an Example

从"三化"同步发展、保障大中城市农产品供给、解决农村人口就业、改变农业弱势地位4个方面阐述了中原经济区发展特色农业的重要意义,分析了中原经济区都市农业发展中存在的认识偏差、发展粗放、市场混乱、产业链短、专业化程度低、环境恶劣等诸多问题,提出了中原经济区都市农业发展对策:一是充分发挥政府的宏观调控作用;二是完善对都市农业的补偿机制;三是发展特色农业,推动农产品深加工;四是大力推进科技创新,提高生产效率;五是走可持续的生态农业发展道路;六是依托交通区位优势,推动产业化运营和都市农业物流业发展。

The significance of developing characteristic agriculture in Central Economic Zone was elaborated from four aspects of three mod- ernizations coordinated development, guranteeing city supply of agricultural products, solving the employment of rural population, changing the weak position of agriculture. The existing problems in urban agriculture development were analyzed, such as understanding deviation, develop- ment extensive, market confusion, short industrial chain, low degree of specialization, harsh environment. Several corresponding countermeas- ures were put forward, including give full play to the role of govemment~ macro-control; perfecting compensation mechanism of urban agricul- ture ; developing characteristic agriculture, promoting deep processing of agricultural products ; advancing scientific innovation, improving pro- duction efficiency ; operating sustainable ecological agriculture development road ; relying on traffic advantage, promoting industralization oper- ation and urban agriculture logistics development.
