讨论了我国食用油产业的发展现状,分析了国际4大粮商渗入我国食用油产业的轨迹,阐述了科技信息在我国食用油产业发展中的作用。
The development status of edible oil industry in China was collected, the trajectory of four international grain dealer in Chinese edi- ble oil industry was analyzed, the function of science and technology information in development of Chinese edible oil industry was elaborated.
