摘要
随着我国酒店业的迅猛发展,酒店业内竞争的加剧,酒店业人力资源的频繁流动问题日益凸显,人员的高流失率也成为困扰酒店管理者的难题。文章立足江苏酒店行业,抽样调研了江苏省星级酒店员工流失的情况,从人力资源管理的视角分析研究酒店员工高流失率的原因,有针对性地提出了防止员工流失的措施。
With the rapid development of China's hotel industry, the competition among hotels has intensified. The frequent flow of human resources is becoming increasingly serious and high rate of employee turnover has become the headache of hotel managers. This article does sampling survey on the employee turnover of starred hotel in Jiangxi Province and analyzes the reasons from the perspective of human resource management. Countermeasures are provided accordingly.
