摘要
LED平板灯具是LED灯具型式的一种,由于产品刚进入大规模生产阶段,生产工艺技术等均未成熟,造成很多质量问题。为此本文由生产制造流程入手,从各组成部件质量要求方面查找LED平板灯质量问题的原因。
LED panel light is a kind of LED light. Since LED panel light has just entered mass production stage, the producing techniques are not mature yet thus causing a lot of quahty problems. Starting from the manufacturing process, this article finds the causes of the quality problems from aspects of quality requirement of each component.
