摘要
本文首次将水溶性卟啉试剂TPPS_4应用于锰的荧光光度分析,方法灵敏度高。倘以邻菲啰啉作掩蔽剂,方法选择性良好,检测限达2.5ppb。已用于茶水中微量锰(Ⅱ)的测定。
Fluorometric determination of manganese(Ⅱ) with Watersoluble meso-Tetrakis (4-sulphophenyl) porphine [TPPS_4] was first developed. This method has high sensitivity and good selectivity in the presence of phenanthroline. The detection limit of manganese (Ⅱ) was 2.5ppb. Trace amounts of manganese(Ⅱ) in tea was determined satisfactorily.
