本文首先详细分析了新生代员工的个人特质,阐述了组织社会化的定义,总结组织社会化的构成因素以及组织社会化对员工个人积极行为的影响,最后根据新生代员工的特征提出相对应的个体和组织主导的社会化化策略。
The paper first analyzes the new generation of employees" personal qualities. And expounds the definition, factors of organizational socialization, how organizational socialization tactics influence the new generation of employees" positive behavior. Then put forward the corresponding individual and organization-led social strategy based on the characteristics of the new generation of employees.
