Combined with the working experience in Wanshengxin Materials Co., Ltd., the author carried out the management activities related to enterprise around mobilizing staff＇s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity which can unit the staff＇s personal fulfillment and development of enterprises and follow the development direction of modern enterprise management.
