基于岗位需求的高职物流管理专业核心课程建设探索——以南通职业大学物流管理专业为例

Core Curriculum Construction Based on Post Need of Higher Vocational Logistics Management Specialty:Taking Logistics Management Specialty of Nantong Vocational University as an Example

本文从长三角地区企业物流岗位需求的角度出发,以南通职业大学经济管理学院物流管理专业为例,对高职物流管理专业核心课程的建设提出了探索性的思路。通过对物流行业人才需求现状和趋势的分析,总结出行业所需的岗位群及对应的专业能力技能,确定与之相衔接的物流专业核心课程的设置,满足当前以及未来社会对物流人才的需求。

From the perspective of enterprise logistics post need in Yangtze river delta, taking logistics management of Nantong Vocational University as an example, this article puts forward exploration on the core curriculum construction of logistics management specialty. Based on analyzing the current situation and development trend of logistics talent need, it summarizes the post group as required by the logistics industry and the corresponding professional ability skills, determines the course set meeting current and future social demand for talents of logistics.
