摘要
管理学教学既要遵循"管理活动-管理思想-管理理论"的理念,又要突出管理理论、知识的掌握及其应用。案例教学很好地实现了这一宗旨,被证明是管理学教学过程中的一种有效方法。本文基于案例教学在管理学教学过程的优势和障碍分析,从提升管理学教学效果的视角提出案例教学在管理学教学过程中应遵循的四条实施途径,旨在丰富和深化管理学教学。
Managements teaching not only obeys the process of "management activity-management thinking-management theory", but also emphasizes the mastery of management theory and its practice. Case teaching can realize the tenet and is proved an effective method. Based on the analysis of the advantage and obstacle of case teaching, this paper provides four implementation of case teaching during the process of managements teaching from the aspect of improving the effect of managements teaching.
